What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept the major credit cards Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover as well as direct PayPal account payments.

 

Do I need a PayPal account to purchase from this store?

No, you are not required to have a PayPal account to purchase from this store. However, if you already have a PayPal account, you may use it as your payment method.

  

What is your exchange / return policy?

Undamaged goods can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Returns must include a copy of our delivery packing slip. We do not cover return shipping unless the a product is defective, or arrived damaged. Refund / exchange is not guaranteed and is subject to our review of the returned product. What about items purchased on sale?

All items purchased on sale are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. If we receive a returned sale or final sale item, the package will be returned to you and we will notify you via email. No refund will be issued.

Shipping

 

How long will delivery of my order take?

Domestic orders are typically delivered within 5-10 business days. International orders are typically delivered within 2-3 weeks, depending upon the destination and customs processing.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is calculated at check out and varies depending on what you are purchasing and where you are shipping. Domestic orders over $75 ship for free. We ship all of our orders with the United States Postal Service, but we also have UPS and DHL Express available at check out.
